| Karen Perkins, Preplanning Funeral Service Associate Office Phone: 317-738-0202 Fax: 317-736-0210 Karen is a native of Madison County, Indiana having graduated from Wendell L. Willkie High School in Elwood, Indiana and attended Purdue University, where she received a B.S. degree in Retail Management. Upon graduation she worked at L.S. Ayers as an Assistant Buyer and later as a Manager of Mann's for Men in Franklin. Karen has been a member of the Johnson County, Indiana community for over 35 years, working for the past 22 years as a Senior Advertising Representative with the Johnson County Daily Journal newspaper. Karen is a member of Community Church of Greenwood, where she met her husband, Jim, and sings in the CCG Worship Choir. Karen and Jim have three children and five grandchildren. Karen specializes in Pre-Need arrangements as well as After-Care calls with families that have been served by Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center. | Joe Dennison, Technology Director and Funeral Service Associate Office Phone: 317-738-0202 Fax: 317-736-0210 Joe, a native of the southwest side of Indianapolis, Indiana, attended Decatur Central High School, and is responsible for the installation and upkeep of our A/V, computer, telephone and television / monitor systems. He has over 38 years of experience, beginning with church sound reinforcement system design, installation, and instruction, and then branching into video systems and computer design, construction, and repair. Joe attended I.T.T. Tech in Indianapolis, Indiana and has a degree in electronics and telephony. Joe comes from a heritage of Southern Gospel Quartets beginning with his father in 1960 and has been involved in ministry with various gospel music groups after graduation from high school. Joe manages our website and is responsible for the creation and design of stationary requested by the families that we serve, as well as custom DVD creation of the funeral services and floral memorials. |
