Angela Marie Moates De Oca, 51, of Indianapolis, IN passed away Thursday, June 30, 2022.  She was born July 20, 1970 in Franklin, IN.

She was a 1989 graduate of Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis, IN.

Angela had been a 911 operator for the Marion County Sheriff's office.

Survivors include her mother Alice L. (Arnold) Hoeger of Indianapolis, IN.

She was preceded in death by a son.

Private services were held.
