Beverly K.
Bryant
September 23, 1945 — May 10, 2026
Franklin
Beverly Kay Bryant of Franklin, IN, a beloved sister, aunt, and friend, passed away on May 10, 2026 at the age of 80.
A lifelong resident of Franklin, Beverly graduated from Franklin High School in 1964. She dedicated many years of service to her community, beginning her career at Erdman's Drugstore in Franklin before continuing her work with several local banks, including Mutual Bank, Key Bank, and Methodist Home Bank. Known for her strong work ethic and kind spirit, she built lasting relationships everywhere she went. She later chose to retire early in order to care for her mother and father, a reflection of her deep love and selfless nature.
Beverly found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved shopping, taking mini vacations to Gatlinburg, and enjoyed a couple of memorable cruises. She cherished traveling to Nevada to visit her cousins, spending time fishing, and occasionally trying her luck at the casino. These moments brought her happiness, but nothing meant more to her than the people she loved.
She was a truly selfless woman who always put others before herself. Her capacity to love was endless, and anyone who had the privilege of knowing her felt that love and warmth. Though she did not have children of her own, her nieces and nephews were her world—she loved and cared for them as if they were her own. Her sisters were the center of her life, and she was always there for them no matter what, offering unwavering love and support.
Her mother, Margaret (Crouch) Bryant; her father, Russell Bryant; and her sister, Dianna Fitzpatrick, preceded Beverly in death.
She is survived by her loving sister, Rebecca Coy (Donald Coy) of Franklin, IN; brother-in-law, Fred Fitzpatrick of Nineveh, IN; nieces, Kenna Dawn Callahan (Shawn) of Columbus, IN, Jennifer Robertson (Matt) of Franklin, IN, and Amy Inabnitt (Jason) of Bargersville, IN; nephews, Vincent Fitzpatrick (Katie) of Nineveh, IN and Jeremy Coy (Amber) of Franklin, IN; as well as several great-nieces and nephews and several great-great-nieces and nephews.
Beverly Kay Bryant will be remembered for her generous heart, her unwavering devotion to family, and the love she so freely gave. Her legacy lives on in the countless lives she touched.
She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
