Callie Rosetta Archer Prine of Greenwood, IN died peacefully surrounded by a few of her grandchildren on January 1, 2022 at the age of 84.

Callie was born on April 8, 1937 in Knobel, Arkansas.

Callie was married to Hershel Ray Prine in 1952, they were childhood sweethearts of 57 years when Hershel passed away in 2009.

She was a homemaker and had a strong love for her family, gardening, and Wal-Mart shopping.

Callie was survived by her four sons: Gordon, Buster, Steve, and Scott Prine.

Grandchildren: Joshua Prine, Matthew Prine, Sarah Prine, Tiffany Prine (Reed), Mitchell Webb, Heather Prine (Stroot), Andrew Prine and Riley Prine.

Great-grandchildren: Madison and Levi Prine, Jackson and Cooper Pichette, Emma Fighera, Byron Reed, Raylynn Pichette, Dakota Reed, and Piper Stroot.

Private services were conducted for the immediate family only.  Burial was in Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, IN.

Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center 300 South U.S. 31 South (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN is handling the arrangements.
