Carol Ann (Eikenberry) Dillman, 80, of Franklin, IN passed away on Monday, March 23, 2026 at Traditions at Brookside in McCordsville, IN.

She was born on January 23, 1946 in Peru, Indiana to Edgar Leroy Eikenberry and Vera Martha (Cripe) Eikenberry.

Carol married Edward "Ed" Earl Dillman on August 15, 1965 in Mexico, IN, he preceded her in death on July 25, 2015.

She had been a receptionist for Comcast for several years.

Carol, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend to all enjoyed gardening, yard work, flowers, family, and volunteering at her church.  Carol cherished the quiet moments spent challenging her mind with puzzles and delighted in the joy of watching her grandchildren grow. She was their biggest fan and spent countless hours in the stands supporting them in all their endeavors, particularly cheering loud for Red Storm softball. Her dedication to her family and her passionate spirit will be missed.

Survivors include her three sons Kevin Dillman (Rhonda) of Knoxville, TN, Craig Dillman (Sandy) of Avon, IN and Curtis Dillman (Julie) of Indianapolis, IN, three grandchildren Lincoln, Duncan and McKenna Dillman, several nieces and nephews, a brother Jack Eikenberry of Carmel, IN and a sister Lisa Hendrix (Claude) of Big Horn, WY.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a sister Judy Palmer.

Pastor Brian Clark will conduct a memorial service on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 11AM at Fair Haven Christian Church, 1476 West 300 South, Franklin, IN 46131 with visitation from 10AM until service time at the church.

Inurnment will be at Ever Rest Memorial Park, 8315 Logansport Road, Logansport, IN 46947.
