Catherine Louise (Litz) Harrison, 92, of Franklin, IN passed away Sunday, January 16, 2022 at Otterbein Franklin SeniorLife Community.  She was born February 15, 1929 in Indianapolis, IN to Glenn and Lillian (Snodgrass) Litz.  She married Jack Carlton Harrison on July 31, 1955 in Indianapolis, IN.  He preceded her in death on October 25, 2011.

She was a 1947 graduate of Arsenal Technical High School in Indianapolis, IN.  She attended Providence Christian Church.  Catherine enjoyed traveling, her women's club and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her children Wesley B. Harrison (Beth) of Bargersville, IN, Janet M. Harrison of Kansas City, MO and Stephen F. Harrison (Mary) of Indianapolis, IN, two grandchildren Amy N. McComas (Kyle) of Greenwood, IN and Matthew B. Harrison (Stacy) of Greenwood, IN, and three great- grandchildren Luke McComas, Eva McComas and Tyler Harrison.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Roland Litz and  sister Miriam Brizendine.

Pastor Marion Glover will conduct a service on Monday, January 24, 2022 at 1PM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN and it will be live-streamed for those to connect at www.swartzmortuary.com catherine-harrison.  Friends may call Monday, January 24, 2022 from 11AM until service time at the mortuary.  Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood, IN.
