Cathy A. (Rowe) Jewell, 64, of Franklin, IN passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

She was born October 29, 1958 in Franklin, IN.  She married William E. Jewell on March 24, 2005 in Franklin, IN, he survives.

Cathy was a 1976 graduate of Triton Central High School in Shelby County, IN.  She had worked at Adams Corner in Franklin for thirteen years and Mitsubishi in Franklin for four years.

Cathy enjoyed spending time with family, her grandbabies, watching the Hallmark Channel and WWE wrestling, and the Christmas Holiday she especially cherished.

Survivors include her loving husband William (Bill) E. Jewell of Franklin, IN, her children Tara Boone (Daniel) of Mt. Vernon, KY, Lindsay Guinan (Jodi) of Carmel, IN, Candias Jewell of Beech Grove, IN and Brandonna Jewell of Greenwood, IN,  grandchildren, Clifton (Natalie) Boone, Ian Richardson, Jayden Petty, Corbyn Petty, Tristyn Wirt, and Brysin Rivers, and two great-granddaughters, Myrah and Ruthie Boone.  Also surving are her brothers Keith "Kopper" Rowe, Kevin Rowe, her sisters Debbie Garnett (Bobby), Dee Dee Rowe, Beverly "Bo" Polanco and Teresa Zeilinga, and her mother-in-law Helen M. Jewell of Franklin, IN.

She was preceded in death by her father John Rowe Jr., her mother Peggy (Thompson) Shelley and a brother Steven Rowe.

Pastor Bert Kite will conduct a service on Monday, July 31, 2023 at 1PM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN and will be live-streamed at www.swartzmortuary.com.  Friends may call Monday, July 31, 2023 from 11AM until service time at the mortuary.  Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, IN.
