Connie P. (Asher) Facemire, 68, of Franklin, IN passed away Saturday, February 19, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family.  She was born April 14, 1953 in Franklin, IN to Virgil Leon Asher and Mabel Dora (Hamblen) Asher.  She married James R. "Jim" Facemire on April 27, 1973 at Rocklane Christian Church in Greenwood, IN, he survives.  She was a 1971 graduate of Franklin Community High School.

She had been a nurse's aide at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin, IN for 12 years.  She was also a loving homemaker and worked alongside her family on their farm.

Connie was a twenty-five year plus member of the Edinburgh Tri Kappa Sorority.

Survivors include her husband James R. "Jim" Facemire of Franklin, IN, two sons Ryan M. Facemire and daughter-in-law Julie of Franklin, IN and Chad A. Facemire of Franklin, IN, a brother Francis "Buster" Asher (Sue) of Needham, IN and a sister Judy Cooper (Lee) of Franklin, IN and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Tom Bechman will conduct a service on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 10AM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN and will be live streamed at www.swartzmortuary.com connie-asher.  Friends may call Friday, February 25, 2022 from 3PM until 8 PM at the mortuary.  Burial will be at Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Shelby County, IN.
