Dean Mowan

Dean Andrew Mowan, 51 of Cochran, Georgia passed away on Friday, August 7, 2026 at Franciscan Hospice House in Indianapolis, IN surrounded by family and friends.

He was born February 4, 1975 in Ft. Wayne, IN to Lee Mowan and Susan “Sue” (Britton) Mowan.

He attended Ball State University.

Dean had been an automotive parts delivery driver in Tennessee and Alabama.

Survivors include his mother Sue Mowan of Greenwood, IN, his siblings Kevin Mowan (Jan) of Martinsville, IN, Kelli Conner (Robert) of Greenfield, IN and Brian Mowan (Amy) of Ft. Collins, CO, his best friend and former wife Sue "Susie" Mowan, several nieces and nephews.

His father preceded him in death.

Services are private.
