Debrah Lynn Burgess, 62, of Greenwood, IN passed away Sunday, July 9, 2023 at Rosegate Village in Indianapolis, IN.

She was born August 24, 1960 at St. Francis Hospital in Beech Grove, IN to Charles E. and Joyce C. (Gibson) Burgess.

Debrah was a 1978 graduate of Center Grove High School.

She had been an associate at RevOne Companies in Greenwood, IN.

Debrah enjoyed shopping, gardening and hanging with her grandchildren who affectionately called her "Nanny".

Survivors include her daughter Kimberly N. Jung (Jake) of Fairland, IN, grandchildren Ava, Hunter and Khloe Jung, brothers Doyle W. Burgess (Tamara) of Needham, IN and Duane E. Burgess (Dee Ann) of Greenwood, IN and several nieces and nephews.

Her parents preceded her in death.

The Reverend Shan Rutherford will conduct a service on Friday, July 14, 2023 at 1PM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN and will be live-streamed at www.swartzmortuary.com.  Friends may call Friday, July 14, 2023 from 11AM until service time at the mortuary.  Burial will follow the service at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Greenwood, IN.
