Dorothy E. "Doty" Miller, 52, of Franklin, IN passed away Saturday, August 31, 2024 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana in Columbus, IN.

She was born December 23, 1971 in Beech Grove, IN.  She married Aaron K. Miller on March 16, 2012 in Franklin, IN, he survives.

Doty was a 1990 graduate of Arsenal Technical High School in Indianapolis, IN and completed EMT training at Central Nine Career Center in Greenwood.

She had been a lab technician for Essex Furukawa Magnet Wire in Franklin, IN for one year.  She previously had worked for Xerox in Indianapolis for nineteen years.

Doty enjoyed all types of music and attending concerts, target shooting, camping, traveling, and enjoying the beach, the ocean and cruises.

Survivors include her husband Aaron K. Miller of Franklin, IN, her children Brandon Taylor of Daphne, AL, Jessica Taylor of Greenwood, IN and Aden Miller of Franklin, IN, her father Clinton Hugo Fowler (Sherry) of Springfield, MO, her brother Clint "Bo" Fowler of Indianapolis, IN, father-in-law and mother-in-law Lenny and Katie (Wheet) Miller of Franklin, IN, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Jason and Jessica Miller of Franklin, IN and her fur babies Chase and Sadie, several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother Sharon Diana (Poundstone) Witt on December 6, 2015 and half-sister Angie Goodall.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on October 19, 2024 from 12 Noon until 4:00 P.M. at the Franklin American Legion Post 205, 1200 Park Avenue, Franklin, IN.
