Edward "Ed" Roland Weddle, 74, of Franklin, IN passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin, IN.

He was born July 1, 1948 in Franklin, IN to Dallas Dillard Weddle and Margaret Jane (Willis) Weddle.  He married Sandra M. (Rainey) Weddle on September 7, 1991 in Franklin, IN, she survives.

He was a 1966 graduate of Whiteland High School and attended Butler University.

He was a United States Army Veteran.

Ed was a professional painter and drywall installer for many years.

He was an accomplished musician played in several bands, loved jazz music, was an avid Colts and Pacers fan, and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and beloved Lucy.

Survivors include his wife Sandra M. (Rainey) Weddle, daughters Stephanie Stewart, Stacey Brooks (Tom) and Wendy Preilis (Jerry), grandchildren Travis and Sydney Stewart, Jacob and Gwen Prelis, Grant and Gage Brooks, a brother Don Weddle and a sister Monta Somerville and several nieces and nephews.

At Ed's request, there will be no services.
