Gary Lee Pickett, 66, of Edinburgh, IN passed away Friday, August 25, 2023 at Majestic Care of Southport in Indianapolis, IN.

He was born March 23, 1957 in Greensburg, IN to Elvin Allen Pickett and Clara Marie (Murr) Pickett.  He married Connie Jo (Sweet) Pickett, she survives.

He had been a supervisor for Davidson (Stock) Building Supply in Franklin, IN and later was a head lead driver for Eagle Express retiring in 2013.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting, boating, camping, motorcycling, woodworking, gardening and farming.

Survivors include his wife Connie Jo (Sweet) Pickett of Edinburgh, IN, stepsons Jeremy Miller of Franklin, IN, Donovan Miller and daughter-in-law Misty of Edinburgh, IN, granddaughter Cherish Miller of Edinburgh, IN and a grandson Caiden Miller of Edinburgh, IN.

His parents, a son Steven Pickett, and a sister Diane Herbert, preceded him in death.

Services will be private.  Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh, IN.
