Gavin Micah Gaines, 18, of Franklin, IN passed away Sunday, November 30, 2025.

He was born July 11, 2007 in Indianapolis, IN. Gavin was a 2025 graduate of Franklin Community High School.

He enjoyed riding his bicycle, walking, and playing video games.

Surviving are his cousins Jason Sizemore, Allie Sizemore, Katelin Voto, Luca Sizemore, Christie Voto, Tony Voto, Sara Sizemore, Ethan Sizemore, Lloyd Sizemore and Charles Sizemore all of Franklin, IN, brothers Rodney Gaines and Michael Lisby both of Indianapolis, IN, a sister Jasmine Gaines of Indianapolis, IN, and his father Timothy Ray Lisby.

He was preceded in death by his mother Letha (Allensworth) Gaines, his brother Christopher Lisby, and sister Amanda Marie Lisby.

A visitation gathering will take place Tuesday, December 9, 2025 from 5PM until 7PM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN.
