Jaden Grace Hart, 20, of Greenwood, IN passed away Thursday, March 30, 2023 at Franciscan Health in Indianapolis, IN.  She was born January 16, 2003 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, IN.

She was a 2021 graduate of Franklin Community High School where she was a member of the Franklin High School Sensations Show Choir and The Gymnastics Company (TGC) competitive teams.

Jaden was a great and loving mother to her son Aries Alexander Click.

Survivors include her son Aries Alexander Click of Greenwood, IN, mother Rhonda J. Hart of Greenwood, IN, her father Randall L. Gammon of Franklin, IN, fiancé Andrew Jackson Click of Greenwood, IN, sisters Brittany J. Hall (Ricky Purvis) of Columbus, IN, aunt Susan Hart (Steve Williams) of Franklin, IN, uncle James Anthony Hart (Debbie) of Franklin, IN, and her fiancés parents Greg and Michelle Click of Franklin, IN.

She was preceded in death by her sister Candace Gammon on July 14, 2014, maternal grandparents James R. Hart and Wanda G. (Long) Hart, paternal grandparents Ethridge L. Gammon Jr. and Mary Katherine (Swafford) Gammon.

Gary Smith will conduct a service on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 2PM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN and will be live-streamed at www.swartzmortuary.com .  Friends may call Tuesday, April 4, 2023 from 4PM until 8PM at the mortuary.  Burial will be at Second Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Franklin, IN.
