Keegan Samuel Clay Ellaby, 20, of Kennard, Indiana passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025 at Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. He was born September 24, 2005 in Anderson, IN.
Keegan was a 2024 graduate of Knightstown High School in Knightstown, IN. Keegan had a passion for sports, outdoors, and gaming. He spent his childhood years playing football, wrestling, and baseball. Keegan never lost his love for fishing, riding ATVs, basketball, and his XBOX.
Survivors include his parents Brandon Clay Ellaby and Chelsea Dawn Ellaby of Kennard, Charlotte Diane Cox (John) of Columbus, Christopher Pete (Amanda) of Kokomo, sisters Aliza Ellaby, Dorothy Forrester, Raelynn Ellaby and Addison Ellaby, brothers Sebastian Ellaby and Noah Ellaby, grandparents John Ellaby of Indianapolis, Shana Jones of Kennard, Daniel and Julie Barton of Indianapolis, Ray and Lindy Forrester of Frankton, Traci Forrester of Anderson, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services will be Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 1PM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN and will be live-streamed at http://www.swartzmortuary.com/obituary/keeganellaby. Visitation will be Saturday, December 13, 2025 from 10AM until service time at the mortuary. A graveside service will follow at 3:30PM at Perkinsville Cemetery in Perkinsville, Madison County, IN.
