Kenneth (Ken, Kenny) Rollins, 52, of Whiteland, Indiana passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2023 following an extended illness.

Kenny was born on September 24, 1970 in Lexington, Ky to Sandra Frye Rollins. He enjoyed barbecuing, gardening, sports, movies, making people laugh and loved spending time with his family. He adored his wife and was incredibly proud of his kids.  His son thought he was Superman and his daughter loved his spontaneity. His joyous and fun-loving personality meant he never met a stranger.  Kenny could walk into a room and five minutes later know everyone's name and life story.  His loyal heart touched everyone he met.

Kenny was employed by Integrated Project Solutions as a construction superintendent. He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, Nancy, Ky; Sievers Masonic Lodge #491, Nancy Ky; and IBEW Local Union 481, Indianapolis IN.

He is survived by his wife, Chasity (Muse) Rollins, whom he married in September 2000, and two children, Spencer and Sophia. He is also survived by his mother, Sandra (Frye) Rollins, of Somerset, KY; his beloved father figure, David and Judy Coner of Franklin, Indiana; his grandmother, Christine (Roy) Frye of Somerset, KY; a special aunt, Penny (Frye) Owens, of Somerset, KY; a close cousin, Angie Coner, of Franklin Indiana, whom he loved like a sister; and a host of extended family and friends that will miss him very much.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Kenneth Frye; his uncle Danny Frye, and his aunt Carrie Frye.

His family and friends are deeply comforted to know they will be reunited with their husband, father, son and friend before Jesus one day, and; by the words found in 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 "Now may the God of peace make you holy in every way, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless until the Lord Jesus Christ comes again.  God will make this happen, for He who calls you is faithful."

Services will be held at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home on Saturday, February 11, 2023.  Visitation will be from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, with a service following in the chapel at 1:00 pm with Brother Conrad Golbov and Brother Daniel Harper officiating. Burial will follow at Malvin Hill Baptist Church with Mike Fox, Ken Fox, Perry Tyler, Chad Hamm, Brandon Burke, and Chris Muse serving as pallbearers.
