Larry Douglas Green, 53, of Nineveh, IN passed away June 9, 2024 at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin, IN.

He was born May 2, 1971 in Franklin, IN.

Larry was a 1989 graduate of Franklin Community High School.

He was the owner of Sweetwater Plumbing in Nineveh since 2004 and had been a plumber for thirty-three years.

Larry loved his family and showing goats with his daughters at the Johnson County Fair and open shows, attending their basketball games and their cheerleading.  He also was a professional taxidermist and enjoyed fishing.

He married Jennifer L. (Meador) Green on September 10, 2011 at the Church of the Lakes in Nineveh, IN, she survives.  Also surviving is his son Christopher Green of Nineveh, IN, daughters Bethany Green of Danville, IN, Abi Green and Ellie Green both of Nineveh, IN, grandchildren Benjamin Reid and Olivia Shumaker, and many aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother Deborah (Brown) Green on September 18, 2002 and his maternal grandmother Irene Brown on October 8, 1991.

Pastor John Lucas will conduct a service on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 10AM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN and will be live-streamed at www.swartzmortuary.com/obituary/larrygreen.  Friends may call Thursday, June 13, 2024 from 4PM until 8PM at the mortuary.

Memorial contributions may be made for the benefit of his daughters Abi and Ellie, make checks payable to Jennifer Green, and may be left at the mortuary or mailed to Swartz Family Community Mortuary, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) Franklin, IN 46131.
