Linda Elaine (Haskett) Boner was called to her Heavenly home on Sunday, September 28th, 2025 while at Aspen Trace Rehabilitation Facility on State Road 135 Greenwood.
She was born July 26th, 1956 in Huntington, IN to Charles Wayne Haskett and Bertha (Bertie) Louise (Rudy) Haskett. She married Joseph Oliver Boner on August 12th, 1995 at Egenolf Lake near Unionville, IN.
Linda was a 1974 Graduate of Huntington North High School, Huntington IN.
She retired from Clark-Pleasant Community Schools Administration where she had worked as Food Service Secretary. She also worked at places including Forest Lawn Memory Gardens & Funeral Home, the Greenwood Truck Stop for the Davis Family, Indiana American Water Company and the Greenwood BMV Branch.
Linda was a member of Rocklane Christian Church where she had helped teach Children's Bible Study (Grades 1-5).
She enjoyed multiple kinds of crafting, greeting cards, scrapbooks, journaling & adult coloring books. She also enjoyed traveling, playing cards, doing puzzles and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include her husband Joseph Oliver Boner, sisters Mickey Louise Baxter-Spade of Covington GA, Vicki Lou (Sis) Hacker (Steve) of Huntington IN, Rita Marie Miller (Wayne) of Columbia City IN, Anita Maureen Kelsey Culley of Huntington IN, Cathleen Deann Kelsey Schultz (Sam) of Decatur IN, brothers Rick Wayne Haskett (Tina) of Huntington IN, Charles William Haskett of Huntington IN, stepdaughter Julia Sara Mayre Wright (Mike) & granddaughter Joelee of Worthington IN, and numerous nieces, nephews and their families.
She was preceded in death by her parents, stepfather David B. Kelsey and three brothers-in-law.
A celebration of life will be held at Rocklane Christian Church from 2-5 p.m. on Friday, October 17th, 2025
