He was born September 1, 1963 in Indianapolis, IN to Thomas Neese and Frances (Viles) Neese. Michael married Linda Darnell (Odom) Neese, she survives.
Survivors include his wife Linda Darnell (Odom) Neese of Greenwood, IN, his sons Michael R. Neese II (fiancé Christina) of Beech Grove, IN, Matthew R. Neese (Joni) of Greenwood, IN and Joshua B. Neese (fiancé Leslie) of Indianapolis, IN, grandchildren Colin Neese, Fox Neese, Luke Neese, Alyssa and Mason, brothers William Neese of Indianapolis and Thomas Neese (Lisa) of Indianapolis, IN.
His parents preceded him in death.
