Patricia Ann (Thompson) Hale, 76, of Greenwood, IN passed away Sunday, July 7, 2024 at Franciscan Health in Indianapolis, IN.
She was born June 5, 1948 in Celina, Tennessee to Willie E. and Pansy (Watson) Thompson. She married Fredrick Ron Hale on March 6, 1971, he preceded her in death on October 7, 2013.
Patricia graduated from Harry E. Wood High School in Indianapolis, IN and attended IUPUI.
She worked as a real-estate agent and was also an owner of the Deken/Hale Insurance Agency.
Patricia attended Christ Shepherd Church of the Brethren in Greenwood, IN and volunteered at the Indiana Chapter Multiple Sclerosis Society.
She enjoyed activities at church, making crafts, floral arrangements, and crafting with her granddaughters.
Survivors include her son Ryan Hale and daughter-in-law Alida of Bargersville, IN, granddaughters Nikaya Hale, Nadie Hale and Nicolette Hale, great-grandson Han Ka, a sister Betty Yvonne Davis of Burkesville, KY, nieces Debbie Terry (Thomas) of Glasgow, KY and Alisa Spaulding (Mark) of Comfort, TX, and a host of cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sisters Willodean Webb and Bernis Oneal Spoonamore.
Pastor Wayne Grumbling will conduct a celebration of life service on Sunday, July 28, 2024 at 4PM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U .S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN and will be live-streamed at www.swartzmortuary.com/obituary/patriciahale.com. Friends may call Sunday, July 28, 2024 from 2PM until service time at the mortuary.
