Patricia Ann (Forsythe) Hughes, 66, of Greenwood, IN passed away Sunday, June 19, 2022 at Franciscan Health Mooresville, IN.

She was born August 13, 1955 in Gary, (Lake County), Indiana to Herbert Lee Forsythe and Marie (Stobaugh) Forsythe.  She married Ryan Keane Hughes on May 19, 1990 at Center United Methodist Church in Indianapolis, IN; he preceded her in death on June 15, 2022.

Patricia was a graduate of Chesterton High School.  She enjoyed family get togethers.  She was a member of Pleasant Heights Baptist Church in Decatur Township, Indianapolis, IN.

Survivors include her brother and sister-in-law Jimmie M. and Doris Langley of Mooresville, IN.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Ryan on June 15, 2022.

A celebration of life service for Patricia and her husband Ryan will take place at 11:30AM on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at Pleasant Heights Baptist Church, 5625 Kentucky Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46221, with a visitation gathering from 10:30 AM until service time at the church.
