Patti Sue Wood, 80, of Franklin, IN passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2023 in her home surrounded by loved ones.  She was born November 13, 1942 in Whiteland, IN to Delmar and Elta Eldridge Priddy.  She is survived by her husband Larry P. Wood and were happily married for over 60 years.

She was a 1960 graduate of Franklin High School where she had been a cheerleader and a member of the Teenairs singing group.

She had worked most recently at Wigs We Care in Greenwood, IN for over twenty years.

Survivors include her husband Larry P. Wood of Franklin, IN, a daughter Jill A. Lawrence (John) of Carmel, IN, a grandson Parker Andrew Lawrence at Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, brothers Bill Priddy (Sue) of Franklin, IN and Tom Priddy (Sue) of Coeur d'Alene, ID, sisters Nancy Priddy (Jay Jones) of Franklin, IN and Criss Duckworth (Darrell J.) of Franklin, IN.

Her parents preceded her in death.

Reverend Shan Rutherford will conduct a celebration of life service on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 3PM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) Franklin, IN and will be live-streamed at www.swartzmortuary.com .  Friends may call from 2PM Wednesday January 18, 2022 until service time at the mortuary.
