Paul E. Kaiser, 83, of Franklin, IN passed away Saturday, June 11, 2022 at his home surrounded by his loving family.  He was born July 20, 1938 in Franklin, IN to Simon Omer Kaiser and Frances (Deich) Kaiser.  He married Margaret Anne (Demaree) Kaiser on April 5, 1959 at Community Congregational Church in Franklin, IN; she preceded him in death on August 21, 2020.

He was a 1956 graduate of Franklin Community High School.  He retired in 1989 after 33 years at Arvin's in Franklin, IN as a purchasing agent.  He then owned and operated Paul Kaiser Remodeling for 23 years and Grandpa's One of a Kind Restoration.  Paul and his son Michael also farmed for several years in Johnson County, IN.

Paul was a member Community Congregational Church now known as Hurricane Community Church in Franklin, IN.  He had been a licensed auctioneer.  He also was a former member of the Franklin Lions Club and the Johnson County Antique Machinery Association.  He enjoyed traveling to the Great Smoky Mountains, attending his grandchildren's events and doing wood working projects with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his son Michael Kaiser (Sherry) of Franklin, IN, his daughter Melissa Stewart (Thomas) of Franklin, IN, five grandchildren Justin Kaiser (Sara) of Franklin, IN, Bethany Dougherty (Hunter) of Franklin, IN, Evan Henderson (Sara) of Franklin, IN, Anthony Farrow (Katrina) of Lawrence, KS and Sarah Lee of Indianapolis, IN, eleven great-grandchildren Easton Kaiser, Lane Kaiser, Dalton Kaiser, Wyatt Farrow, Everett Farrow, Kinsley Farrow, Aubrey Lee, Roscoe Farrow, Ava Lee, Jade Davis and Brantley Henderson and his sister Donna Lane (Ralph) of Greensburg, IN as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.

Pastor Dennis Patton will conduct a service on Friday, June 17, 2022 at 2:30 PM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN and will be live-streamed at www.swartzmortuary.com .  Friends may call Friday, June 17, 2022 from 11AM until service time at the mortuary.  Burial will be at Hurricane Cemetery in Franklin, IN.
