Richard Dean Frazier, 60, of Franklin, IN passed away Sunday, July 14, 2024 at his residence surrounded by his family.

He was born October 15, 1963 at Johnson County Memorial Hospital in Franklin, IN to Clarence R. "Dick" Frazier and Janet Sue (Scott) Frazier.  He married Marlene S. (Richards) Frazier on August 30, 1985 in Franklin, IN, she survives.

Richard was a carpenter.

He enjoyed woodworking, hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his wife Marlene S. (Richards) Frazier of Franklin, IN, two sons Kevin Frazier of Franklin, IN and Greg Frazier (Sheena) of Franklin, IN, his granddaughter Jaeda Frazier and grandson Braylon Frazier both of Franklin, IN, his mother Janet Sue (Scott) McKinney of Hope, IN and his sister Marie (Frazier) Whitaker (Scott) of Lehigh Lakers, Florida.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Pastor Bill Turner will conduct a memorial service on Friday, July 26, 2024 at 4:30PM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN and will be live-streamed at www.swartzmortuary.com.  Friends may call Friday, July 26, 2024 from 3PM until service time at the mortuary.
