Obituary

Robert Arden Kitch, known as Bobby to his family and friends, 53, of Trafalgar, IN passed away at home on Saturday, December 28, 2024.

He was born October 8, 1971 in Franklin, IN to Kevin Kitch and Carletta (Richardson) Kitch.  He married Shannon (Villa) Kitch on May 17, 2005 in Las Vegas, NV, she survives.

Bobby was a graduate of Indian Creek High School and went on to receive a B.S. degree in Marketing.  Bobby was a United States Air Force Veteran and spent time stationed in Kuwait.

He had been a quality control compliance auditor for the I.H.C.D.A.

Bobby was a gifted individual with many talents.  He enjoyed creating board games and playing video games. There wasn't a puzzle he couldn't solve, and he loved a good riddle.  He enjoyed reading and loved working with spreadsheets.  Bobby was a member of the organization MENSA.

Bobby loved weekly gamer nights with Shannon and his friends, the "Womers", Matt, Erin, Chad, and Kim.  Bobby loved spending time at the beach and on the ocean.  He was a certified scuba diver and enjoyed deep sea fishing whenever he got the chance.  Bobby was an avid Indiana University basketball fan and spent many hours watching games with Shannon, his mom, and his dad.  He loved playing ball with his nieces, Arden and Amelia.  Bobby was also a huge fan of WWE wrestling.

Bobby never failed to make everyone laugh at every get together.  He made sure to spend quality time with family, and he loved playing and hanging out with his grandson, Wren.  Bobby loved adventure days with Stoogie.  One paragraph can't encompass the person he was and the life he lived.  Bobby was one of a kind, and he is greatly missed.
