Robert E. Chupp, 86 of Franklin, IN passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2026.

He was born July 22, 1939 in Beech Grove, IN to Emerson Chupp and Frances (Creasey) Chupp.

Robert married Judith (Bunch) Chupp, she preceded him in death.

He had been a mechanic at Honda in Ocala, Florida.

Robert enjoyed NASCAR, fishing, gardening and spending time with his fur babies Toby and Hamlet.

Survivors include his daughters Vanessa Kantz and Velda Johnson, grandchildren Richelle Pitcher, Andrea Buckley, Kelly Carter, Gerrica Haston, Lynne Castro and Kaila Robinson, great grandchildren Ivy Polley, Jaiden Walker, Nolan Pitcher, Ambellina Garrett, Mason Chupp and several others, a great great grandchild Emberlynn Walker.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and a grandson Garrett Haston.

Services are private.

Interment will be at Acton Cemetery in Acton, IN.
