Ronald Tucker, 65, of Greenwood, IN passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital in Indianapolis, IN.
He was born November 9, 1958 in Franklin, IN to Virgil Ray Tucker and Phyllis G. (Bray) Tucker.
Ronald was a 1978 graduate of Whiteland Community High School.
He had been a assembler at Caterpillar Remanufacturing formerly known as Franklin Power Products in Franklin, IN for 30 years.
Ronald loved cars, and working on them, and the Indianapolis Colts. He was a dedicated family man, and enjoyed spending time and helping anyone.
Survivors include his life partner Cheryl Ann Cupp of Greenwood, IN, his sons Ryan Cupp and Kyle Cupp both of Greenwood, IN, his siblings Floyd Tucker of Franklin, IN, Loretta Tucker of Franklin, IN, Lucinda Fox (Charles) of Greenwood, IN, Jeanette Tucker of Greenwood, IN, Donald Tucker (Rhonda) of Ft. Myers, FL and DaVonna Tucker of Greenwood, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents Virgil Ray Tucker and Phyllis G. (Bray) Tucker, a brother Terry E. Tucker, and a niece McKenzie Ray Tucker.
Pastor Timothy Forsee will conduct a service on Monday, July 1, 2024 at 1:30PM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN and will be live-streamed at www.swartzmortuary.com/obituary/ronaldtucker. Friends may call Monday, July 1, 2024 from 10:30 AM until service time at the mortuary. Burial will follow the service at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood, IN.
