Tommy Joe Brock

Tommy Joe Brock, 67, of Franklin, IN passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2026.

He was born March 4, 1959 in Seymour, IN. He married Sharen F. (Holbrook) Brock on July 11, 2005 in Seymour, IN, she survives.

Tommy was a graduate of Crothersville High School in Jackson County, IN.

He served as a regional manager for Texas Eastern for 34 years.

Tommy enjoyed golfing, fishing, going to the casinos and watching John Wayne movies.

Survivors include his wife Sharen F. (Holbrook) Brock of Franklin, IN, his son K. Edgar Johnson (Anna Marie) of Franklin, IN, his stepfather John Schmitz of Indianapolis, IN, a brother Jay Dee Brock of Crothersville, IN, two sisters Diane Tramel (Tom) of Texas and Tammy Beachboard (Dale) of Indianapolis, IN, and two grandchildren Cassidy Griffin and Jackson Griffin.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Breann Leigh Brown, his father Lonis Carl Brock, stepmother Betty Sue (Davidson) Brock, and his mother Pauline (Bannister) Schmitz.

A visitation will take place on Saturday, July 18, 2026 from 2PM until 5PM at Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 300 South U.S. 31 (Morton Street) in Franklin, IN.

A private family graveside will take place at Cana Cemetery in Paris Crossing, Jackson County, Indiana.
